Requirements

Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Idaho
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Passion for patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is a plus, but not required
New graduates and Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are warmly encouraged to apply—we welcome therapists who are eager to learn, grow, and build their careers with us

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans that support patient recovery and quality of life
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, physicians, and caregivers
Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and progress
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Create a positive, engaging therapy experience that helps patients stay motivated throughout their recovery
