Speech Therapist (ST)- Broward & Palm Beach Counties
About The Position
Nightingale Home Healthcare provides compassionate, around-the-clock care so patients can live independently in the comfort of their homes. It also includes supervising COTAs and HHAs, charting patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team. The Speech Therapist will also review and recommend adaptive equipment or home modifications and maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations, coordinating total patient care and submitting referrals for paramedical services.
Requirements
- Licensed SLP
- Physical exam within 12 months prior to first patient contact
- Current TB test (within 12 months) & CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license & proof of automobile insurance
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1 year of SLP experience preferred
- OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
