About The Position
Trinity Health At Home – Muskegon is seeking a Home Health Speech Therapist (ST or SLP) to provide in-home skilled professional speech and audiology diagnostic and therapeutic services. This role involves working with clients as authorized by their physician and in compliance with state regulations. Requirements
- One year of Speech Language Pathologist experience.
- Meets the educational and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association.
- Registration or license to practice as a speech pathologist in the State of Michigan.
- Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.

- Ability to take appropriate steps to assure timely submission of client data to the office for inclusion in the client record.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home skilled professional speech and audiology diagnostic and therapeutic services to agency clients.
- Deliver services as authorized by the client's physician.
- Comply with the state's professional practice act for speech pathologists and any applicable licensure/certification requirements.
- Function in a practice environment with minimal direct supervision.
- Accept personal responsibility for maintaining a professional relationship with clients and their families.
- Assure timely submission of client data to the office for inclusion in the client record (by timely electronic transmission, fax, or mail).
