About The Position
Concierge Home Care is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN positions in home health. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
- Provide therapy focused on communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve functional outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Complete Medicare OASIS documentation as required
- Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted tools
