Speech Therapist (ST) – Oakland
About The Position
At Health Link Home Health, we built our model around a simple idea: Speech Therapists should focus on patient care, not the paperwork, scheduling, route planning, chasing signatures, coordinating DME deliveries, chasing visits just to make a full paycheck, waiting until 7 PM to find out if a patient confirmed, or spending evenings catching up on documentation. Our responsibility is to keep clinicians productive, supported, and paid for their time. Patient cancellations, refusals, and schedule changes happen in home health. Your paycheck should not have to suffer because of them. If your day runs longer, you are paid for the additional time worked. If you work efficiently and finish early, your guaranteed daily pay remains the same.
Requirements
- Active California Speech Therapist License
- Valid driver's license
