About The Position

BAYADA is seeking passionate Speech Therapists (ST) to join their Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware. This role offers flexibility, allowing therapists to set their own schedules and choose their geographic coverage area. The position focuses on partnering with families using a coaching-based interaction style to empower caregivers and support child development. Therapy is delivered in natural environments, and electronic documentation is used for each visit. The role requires completing weekly scheduled visits.

Requirements

• Active Speech Therapist license in good standing
• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits
