About The Position

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Perris and the surrounding areas. FeldCare Connects provides administrative support, including assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance, allowing clinicians to focus on patient treatment. The role involves one-on-one treatment, where the clinician observes, records, and reports patient responses to treatment and changes in condition, and determines the plan of care. Documentation is made easy through an intuitive Electronic Medical Record system, with many clinicians completing documentation during the visit. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and coverage areas, independence as an independent contractor, and the ability to determine earning potential through per-visit rates. The company connects over 2,000 clinicians to patients in their community through a network of home health agencies.

Requirements

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
• The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current Certification of Competence (CCC) is required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
