About The Position

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve North Hills and the surrounding areas. FeldCare Connects provides administrative support, including assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance, allowing clinicians to focus on patient treatment. The role involves observing, recording, and reporting on patient responses to treatment and changes in condition, with the clinician determining the plan of care. Documentation is facilitated through an intuitive Electronic Medical Record system, with many clinicians completing it during visits. The position offers a streamlined referral process through the Cliniconnects app, allowing for quick acceptance or declination of patients.

Requirements

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
• The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current Certification of Competence (CCC) is required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.

Responsibilities
