About The Position

Concordia at Bethlen is a faith-based, non-profit continuing care retirement community. Concordia Home Health and Hospice of Bethlen is a clinician-led home health agency seeking a personable and motivated Speech Language Pathologist SLP to join their growing team. The role involves working 1:1 with adult and geriatric patients in their homes to help them reclaim communication, swallowing function, and confidence. This is a part-time position to care for home-bound patients in the Ligonier Valley.

Requirements

• Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in (PA)
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• 1+ years of experience (home health a plus but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Evaluate speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
• Collaborate with nurses, PT/OTs, and physicians to ensure the best outcomes
