Requirements
- Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performing evaluations of communication skills and swallowing functions.
- Provide treatment plans that allow your patients to reach their maximum communication and swallowing potential.
- Work with other therapists and nursing staff to help provide a cohesive quality of care between the clinical needs and therapy needs.
- Be able to educate patients and care givers to be able to success at home after discharge from facility.
- Provide quality documentation as required.
