About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Speech Therapist(SLP) - School for a 42-week travel assignment in Roseburg,OR. Contract Details Monday-Friday, Candidate will only be paid for hours worked. No Pay for School Holidays/closings; 40 hours expected Start Date: 8/24/2026 End Date: June 2027 Contract: 42 weeks Location: Roseburg, OR 97470

Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year experience as a Speech Therapist
  • CF- They are a super supportive district to do your CF with.
  • Current SLP License Required
  • Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are mandatory
  • Must have Ability to work independently, prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Responsibilities

  • Performs an appropriate assessment on all patients as related to physician order; interprets results within scope of licensure.
  • Designs treatment programs for patients of varying degrees/types of disabilities and multiple medical problems in accordance with accepted practice patterns and physician orders.
  • Formulates realistic and appropriate short and long term treatment goals for patients. Includes patient/family in development of the plan of care.
  • Observes and evaluates treatment effect, recommending changes to physician as necessary.
  • Ensures that patient charges and documentation are accurate, entered on a timely basis and in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Documentation is timely, efficient and meets current standards and policies; demonstrates thorough knowledge of computerized documentation including: evaluations, progress notes, monthly notes and discharge summaries.
  • Performs all aspects of the position in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors.
  • Complies with all established safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
  • Participates in performance improvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
