Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN Fleetwood Post Acute – Easley, SC. Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina. As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You’ll collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to provide individualized, high-quality therapy services.

Requirements

Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active, unencumbered SLP license in South Carolina (required)
Must meet all federal/state requirements for SLP practice
Must maintain continuing education and good standing with the State Board

Nice To Haves

Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning
Conduct in-service training and staff education
