Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for evidence-based practice and continuous learning
- Self-motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Nice To Haves
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Build strong patient relationships while delivering an exceptional care experience
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture
