About The Position

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Granada Hills and the surrounding areas. As an independent contractor, you are your own boss and control your own schedule. You will have the flexibility to see patients when and where you want, with no minimum requirement. Compensation is strong per-visit rates, allowing you to determine how much you earn. FeldCare Connects provides administrative support, including assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance. The role involves one-on-one treatment, where you will observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes in their condition, and determine the plan of care. Documentation is made easy with an intuitive Electronic Medical Record system, allowing many clinicians to complete documentation during the visit. Requirements

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
• The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current Certification of Competence (CCC) is required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.
