About The Position
Ability Action Australia is recruiting soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologists for its 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program. The program supports early-career clinicians as they develop their practice while providing services to NDIS participants of all ages. It includes an immersive induction at an Ability Action Australia Queensland clinic, monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions, ongoing training, and support with NDIS processes and report writing. Graduates receive weekly one-to-one supervision via Teams, an experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training. The role offers flexibility to work from home, a café, or team spaces, and potential opportunities to pursue leadership or specialisation.
Requirements
- Be a soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologist.
- Be registered with Speech Pathology Australia or eligible for registration upon graduation.
- Hold a driver's licence and have access to your own vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech pathology support to NDIS participants.
- Develop clinical skills and practice through the graduate program’s supervision, mentoring, workshops, and training.
- Build knowledge of NDIS processes, including report writing.
