We would love to hear from Speech Pathologists with all levels of experience that enjoy the flexibility of working in a range of settings including both a clinic setting and the community. As our #AAA team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to support participants across the Newcastle and Hunter region , depending on where you’re based - work close to home! In this role you will: Manage a varied, community‑based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings Work with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adults Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant‑centred goals Deliver evidence‑based therapy that builds communication, participation and independence Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes Caseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and professional goals

Requirements

  • Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with SPA
  • Passionate about community‑based support for people with disability
  • Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
