About The Position

The Speech Pathologist position will play a critical role in ensuring successful day-to-day patient care operations and the delivery of high-quality services in an outpatient clinic. Ashland Medical Center (AMC) will help you deliver the highest quality of patient care by placing patient needs first. The role involves evaluation, planning, directing, and administering treatments to assist patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. This position also includes coordinating and supervising responsibilities assigned to supportive staff, participating in the operational aspects of the department, ensuring accurate and timely patient charges and documentation, communicating appropriately with physicians, staff, and the administrative team, and participating in all required departmental and organizational educational programs.

Requirements

  • Speech Therapist qualification
