About The Position

Make a life-changing difference where it matters most. Tutor Me Education is seeking a passionate, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide 1:1 support for students in Aurora, Colorado. We partner with respected school districts to ensure every student has the communication tools they need to succeed academically and socially. Requirements

Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
Licensure: Valid State SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
Commute: Ability to provide in-person services in the Aurora, CO area.
Mindset: A passion for making learning interactive, fun, and student-centered.
Ability to pass an FBI-DOJ background check.
Negative TB Test result.
Strong interpersonal skills and a "team-player" attitude.
Licensure: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid Colorado SLP License.
Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
On-Site Readiness: Reliable transportation to provide in-person services in Aurora, CO.
Compliance: Ability to provide/pass a background check (FBI/DOJ) and a negative TB test.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools for IEP tracking and progress reporting.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary school team.

Nice To Haves

Experience: Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric 1:1 therapy is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Assessments: Conducting evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
IEP Leadership: Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with actionable goals.
Direct Therapy: Providing engaging, high-quality therapy services to students.
Empowerment: Monitoring progress and providing teachers/parents with the resources to support students beyond your sessions.
