This position is responsible for the evaluation and rehabilitation of patients of all ages with communication and oral-pharyngeal disorders of functional or neurological origin. The goal is to facilitate the development and maintenance of human communication and swallowing ability. The role involves documenting findings, progress, and patient/caregiver instruction. There may be opportunities to assist Level II or III speech pathologists with program development and to provide training and guidance to students, interns, and other staff.
