About The Position

Language Link Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at a partner location in Apopka. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-developed, consistent schedule and work within a truly collaborative, interdisciplinary model. Our SLPs work closely with BCBAs, OTR's, RBTs, and caregivers to drive meaningful communication outcomes and ensure strong carryover across all settings.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Florida SLP license
• Experience with pediatric populations required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ASD strongly preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to pediatric patients (ages 2–10, primarily ASD population)
• Collaborate with OTR's and ABA team (BCBAs, RBTs)
• Train staff and caregivers on strategies to improve carryover
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation (SOAP notes, progress reports, annual reports)
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer guidelines
