About The Position

Performs medically prescribed speech therapy treatment to restore speech, language and swallowing skills and limit further disability following injury. Requirements

Graduate of a master's program at accredited college.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate competency in applying principles, methods, materials and equipment used in speech therapy.
CPR certified
Current license in the state of practice.
Valid driver's license.

Ability to work flexible hours, with weekends and holidays included.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care.
Function as a member of an integrated Healthcare work team.
Travel to patient's home within service area.
Demonstrate professional procedures in the home care setting.
Use office equipment; i.e. beeper, car phone.
