About The Position
Join our Rehabilitation Team at ChristianaCare, an organization recognized among the top 100 hospitals in the nation. We are recruiting for a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (40 hours biweekly) to assess and treat adults with communication and swallowing disorders in an inpatient acute care setting. Our approach emphasizes patient-family centered care and utilizes a dynamic interdisciplinary/trans-disciplinary team. This role requires one weekend day per month and one holiday per year.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) OR CF Certification
- CPR Certification

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment programs to include family specific goals and time frames
