About The Position
The Speech Pathologist I, Hoag at Home provides speech therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a great opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships with patients and families, and helping individuals improve communication, cognitive, and swallowing function in their everyday environment. As part of the Hoag at Home team, the Speech Pathologist partners closely with patients, caregivers, physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the care team to develop individualized treatment plans that support safety, independence, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Speech-Language Pathologist

Responsibilities
- Provides speech therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Develops individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, caregivers, physicians, nurses, therapists, and other care team members.
- Supports patient safety, independence, and quality of life through therapy.
