The role is for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients throughout San Antonio. The SLPA will work under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to help children achieve developmental goals through effective, engaging therapeutic interventions. The position offers a flexible part-time schedule, tailored to availability and lifestyle, with options for 15 to 24 visits per week and caseloads built close to the employee's location.
Requirements
- Licensed Speech Language Pathology Assistant in Texas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.

- Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Support communication-based assessments and therapy activities.
