The role is for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to deliver individualized, in-home therapy to pediatric patients throughout San Antonio, Elgin to Bastrop. The SLPA will work under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists, helping children achieve developmental goals through effective and engaging therapeutic interventions. The position offers a flexible schedule, with part-time options of 15 to 24 visits per week, tailored to the applicant's availability and lifestyle, with caseloads built close to their location. Amazing Care provides strong back-office support and minimizes paperwork.
Requirements
- Licensed Speech Language Pathology Assistant in Texas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.

Responsibilities
