About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for the 2026-2027 school year in the Anoka, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. Requirements

• Active Minnesota SLPA license
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with speech therapy services in the school setting
• Implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
