About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our pediatric outpatient clinic in Washington, DC. This position offers the flexibility to start part-time (approximately 20 hours/week) with the potential to grow into full-time hours as your caseload expands. Requirements

• Must be registered by the Board of Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology through DC Health as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Excitement to provide pediatric outpatient therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities.
• Build and manage a caseload with the potential for growth.
