Elementary School Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
About The Position
Cross Country Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant to provide immediate support to elementary students in the Waldorf, MD area for the '25–'26 school year! This role involves providing direct speech and language therapy services to an elementary caseload of 40-60 students under the supervision of a licensed SLP. The assistant will execute both current service minutes and make-up sessions as designated on student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Additionally, the role requires preparing, organizing, and maintaining therapy materials, and assisting the supervising SLP with documentation and data collection.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
- Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License
