The role is for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients throughout San Antonio. The SLPA will work under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to help children achieve developmental goals through effective, engaging therapeutic interventions. The position offers a flexible schedule, with full-time options requiring 25+ visits per week, including day-time and after-school hours, with caseloads built close to the employee's location. Amazing Care provides strong back-office support and handles paperwork.

Requirements

• Licensed Speech Language Pathology Assistant in Texas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.

• Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
