About The Position

Integrity Learning Center is looking to hire a dynamic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our Pediatric Speech Department in Plainfield, Indiana. This unique position will allow a motivated individual the opportunity to provide speech and language therapy services to outpatient and ABA learners as part of our interdisciplinary therapy program under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Integrity is searching for passionate and motivated candidates who love to learn and apply their knowledge toward helping families who have a child with a developmental disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field required.
Current Indiana Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license or eligibility for licensure.
Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Must be energetic and enjoy working with children.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
Provide direct therapy services to children with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders under SLP supervision.
Assist with data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation of client performance during therapy sessions.
Collaborate with supervising SLPs, BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, and other team members to support positive client outcomes.
Prepare therapy materials and support the implementation of individualized treatment programs.
Model communication strategies and carryover activities for families and caregivers as directed by the supervising SLP.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company, state, and payer requirements.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
Demonstrate high integrity and adherence to the company's core values.
