About The Position
PYG Therapy is expanding throughout Arizona and is looking for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants who are passionate about helping children communicate with confidence. Whether you're an experienced SLPA or exploring pediatric home health for the first time, our team provides the support needed to help you thrive. Position Highlights include competitive compensation of $46–$75 per visit/hour, flexible scheduling, and W-2 and independent contractor positions with caseloads available throughout Arizona.
Requirements
- Current Arizona SLPA license
- CPR certification
- Article 9 certification
- Driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver speech therapy treatment in patients' homes
- Implement treatment plans created by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate patient progress
- Educate caregivers
- Foster positive relationships with children and families
