About The Position

We are seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients throughout San Antonio. You'll work under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to help children achieve developmental goals through effective, engaging therapeutic interventions. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time, we offer a flexible schedule tailored to your availability and lifestyle. We offer hands-on training and ongoing support, whether you are a new graduate or an experienced SLPA. We provide high-quality, in-home care to individuals and families, partnering closely with clinicians, caregivers, and operational teams to ensure patients receive timely, personalized support. Requirements

  • Provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients.
  • Work under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists.
  • Help children achieve developmental goals through effective, engaging therapeutic interventions.
  • Provide part-time (15 to 24 visits per week) or full-time (25+ visits per week) services.
  • Work around patient availability and build caseloads near the SLPA's location.
  • Receive great back-office support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Support communication-based assessments and therapy activities.
  • Educate families on speech-language exercises and carryover techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress.
  • Participate in team meetings, progress reviews, and care planning.
  • Stay updated with current practices and compliance standards in pediatric speech therapy.
