This role is PRN and will primarily work weekends - ideally working up to 2 weekends per month. Requirements
- Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current state Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- BLS/CPR Certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year Status is required for this position
Responsibilities
- Evaluation of patients and development of individualized treatment plans including ongoing assessment and discharge planning
- Collaborate with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team to support care goals and optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation while promoting a safe, compliant care environment aligned with safety and infection prevention standards
