Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license through the Arizona Department of Health Services
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one
  • Experience or interest in early intervention and developmental disabilities
  • Passion for professional growth and continuing education
  • Positive and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred
  • Experience with AAC is a plus
  • Bilingualism is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support optimal outcomes
  • Educate and involve parents and caregivers in the therapy process
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including occupational and physical therapists
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation of services
  • Provide mentorship and supervision for students or assistants when applicable
