Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Arbor Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Mesa clinic team. This role involves providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy services to children and families to enhance their communication, feeding, and language skills. Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license through the Arizona Department of Health Services
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one
- Experience or interest in early intervention and developmental disabilities
- Passion for professional growth and continuing education
- Positive and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred
- Experience with AAC is a plus
- Bilingualism is a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support optimal outcomes
- Educate and involve parents and caregivers in the therapy process
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including occupational and physical therapists
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of services
- Provide mentorship and supervision for students or assistants when applicable
