About The Position
Sage Connections, a woman- and therapist-owned company, is seeking a full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide elementary school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year. Requirements
- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
Nice To Haves
- ASHA CCC preferred (CFs welcome—supervision available)
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong collaboration and organization skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning
