About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for an Inpatient Acute setting in Sebring, FL. As the provider of inpatient therapy services for AdventHealth, you will be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that includes physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, delivering coordinated, patient-centered care. TPS is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services and understands the unique challenges clinicians face. Requirements

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited SLP program
• Active or pending state SLP license

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient therapy services as part of a cohesive multidisciplinary team.
• Treat patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Deliver 1-on-1 patient care with a focus on patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop comprehensive healthcare approaches.
• Provide collaboration with referral sources and surgeons for foundational knowledge to guide personalized treatments.
• Manage appropriate and optimal caseloads to value time in patient care.
