Speech Language Pathologist
About The Position
Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team serving Lufkin and surrounding areas. We provide in-home pediatric therapy services designed to help children strengthen their communication skills, build confidence, and succeed in their daily environments. We offer a collaborative, whole-child approach, working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team including occupational and physical therapists to address each child's developmental needs. We provide flexible scheduling with PRN and part-time opportunities, professional growth through mentorship and continuing education, and competitive compensation with session rates starting at $65.00 per session.
Requirements
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Texas
- Clinical Fellowship candidates are welcome to apply
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
- Feeding and swallowing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, articulation, and communication development
- Provide feeding and swallowing therapy when applicable
- Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover of therapy strategies at home
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed
