About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Panama City and the surrounding area. This role offers flexibility, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to control income. The coverage area is Panama City, FL 32405, with territories designed to minimize drive time and allow for clustered scheduling. Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
• Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Educate patients and caregivers to improve functional outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete OASIS documentation as required
• Document visits using streamlined, AI-assisted technology
