About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring Speech Language Pathologists in Tampa, FL, to provide rehabilitation therapy services in partnership with Advent Health. The role focuses on expanding access to transformative care, leading innovative therapy practices, and offering professional growth opportunities. The position involves delivering evidence-based, quality care to patients in Inpatient Rehabilitation/Acute Care settings, establishing timely treatment plans, fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and building relationships with physicians, case management, and nursing staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAA approved Speech-Language Pathology program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- State Licensure in Speech Language Pathology
- Basic Life Support certification

Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)
