About The Position
Join a skilled rehabilitation team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week assignment working 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. This role focuses on improving patient function, safety, and quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist License required
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Knowledge of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorder treatment required
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills required
- Ability to independently evaluate, treat, and document patient care required
Nice To Haves
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care preferred
