About The Position

Chatterboxes is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their SLP Sanctuary in Western MA, focusing on providing exceptional services to children and families. The role involves providing school-based therapy services for students in grades 6-12, with the option for adult clients. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, delivering therapy, and collaborating with educators and families, utilizing a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach. Clinicians have the flexibility to customize their schedule and caseload with team input.

Requirements

  • SLP-A, CCC-SLPs or Clinical Fellows (CFs) who are eager to connect, learn and seek mentorship & collaboration.
  • Clinicians passionate about serving Middle and High School Students
  • Collaborative team players enthusiastic about becoming part of a genuine community of SLPs.
  • Meet all state and federal guidelines to be fully licensed in MA
  • Masters Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
  • A strong interest and passion for providing creative, engaging and Neurodiversity Affirming Services
  • A passion for connecting with other SLPs and collaborative helping children succeed
  • An independent self-starter with a very positive, highly energetic work style.

Responsibilities

  • Provide school-based therapy services for students from 6th to 12th grade.
  • Provide therapy services for Adult Clients, if desired.
  • Conduct evaluations, deliver therapy, and collaborate closely with educators and families.
  • Embrace a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach for each child you support.
  • Customize your schedule and caseload with insights from your team.
