About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Shoreview, MN area. This is an in-person, full-time position serving students in grades 7-12 within a charter school setting. The role involves providing speech therapy services, developing and implementing IEP goals, participating in IEP meetings, collaborating with school teams, teachers, and families, and maintaining documentation.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
