About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a full-time, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students throughout the academic year in Ohio. The SLP will provide individualized speech and language services to help students strengthen communication skills, participate more confidently in the classroom, and progress toward their educational goals. This role involves collaboration with teachers, families, and school support teams to ensure services are aligned with student needs. Clarifi Staffing Solutions fosters a supportive environment for clinicians to apply their expertise, grow professionally, and make a lasting impact on students.

Requirements

• CCC-SLP through ASHA.
• Active or eligible OH SLP licensure.
• At least a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech and language services designed to help students strengthen communication skills, participate more confidently in the classroom, and make progress toward their educational goals.
• Work closely with teachers, families, and school support teams to ensure services are aligned with each student’s needs.
• Partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary school teams.
• Provide student-focused speech and language therapy within a school environment.
• Develop interventions based on individual communication needs and goals.
• Monitor student development and contribute to meaningful educational progress.
• Help children and adolescents build communication skills that support classroom participation and everyday interactions.
