About The Position

Rehab Resources is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for their pediatric clinic in Sheboygan, WI. This role involves delivering engaging, play-based therapy to help children achieve developmental, sensory, and functional milestones. The clinic operates Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, offering a good work-life balance. The position is within a supportive, child-centered team that collaborates with families, providers, and educators to create individualized treatment plans. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments of children’s physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
• Develop and deliver customized therapy plans addressing sensory processing, fine motor development, and self-care skills
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and team members to ensure consistent, coordinated care
• Provide parent education and home-based strategies to support continued progress
• Recommend adaptive tools or techniques to enhance daily function and participation
• Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with pediatric therapy standards
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary care planning
