About The Position

Boothby Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Laconia, New Hampshire. This role is open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP / CFY) and focuses on pediatric, secondary, and school-based speech therapy. The position offers guaranteed hourly pay, hybrid work flexibility, and mentorship support for Clinical Fellows. Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
CCC-SLP or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
Active New Hampshire SLP license (or eligibility)
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

Experience or interest in pediatrics, school-based therapy, teletherapy, or secondary education settings preferred

Responsibilities

Provide school-based speech-language therapy services to middle and high school students
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and services
Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group sessions, in-person and/or virtual)
Support students with: Receptive and expressive language, Social/pragmatic communication skills, Executive functioning and academic language, Articulation, fluency, and voice disorders
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, occupational therapists (OTs), and physical therapists (PTs)
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Communicate regularly with families and caregivers
