About The Position
Functional Pathways is currently hiring at our newest location, Covenant Living of Keene in Keene, NH for a Full-time or Part Time Speech Language Pathologist. Offering a $7,500 Sign-on Bonus for Part-time, and a $15,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full-time! Only direct applicants qualify for Bonus. The SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
Requirements
- Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification
- Active state license required.
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
