We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team at a therapeutic day school in Leominster, MA for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite role offers the opportunity to work with students across a wide range of ages and abilities while receiving support from an experienced team of clinicians. The position involves providing speech and language services to students ages 3-22 with a variety of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, genetic disorders, and other developmental disabilities. Therapy will focus on AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), assistive technology, language-based intervention, and functional communication development. Caseloads are typically organized by classroom, with SLPs generally supporting 3-4 classrooms, each containing approximately 4-8 students. The role requires collaboration with educators, related service providers, and families, as well as participation in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress monitoring.
