About The Position
Bridgeway Home Health is seeking a passionate and flexible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their growing Home Health team. This PRN position offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered, one-on-one care in patients' homes, fostering meaningful connections. The SLP will be responsible for conducting focused patient care, patient/family teaching, and administering speech therapy in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care, under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
- Current SLP license in the state of Georgia
- Strong clinical, communication, and time management skills
- Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance

Responsibilities
- Conducting focused one-on-one patient care in the home setting.
- Patient and family teaching in the home setting.
- Administering speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.
- Adhering to physician orders and the plan of care.
- Working under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
