About The Position
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a South Carolina school district to find a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an elementary school position. This full-time role is for immediate start and will continue through the end of the current school year, with potential for extension. The position focuses on direct speech-language services, allowing the SLP to concentrate on intervention and student progress without conducting formal evaluations. The SLP will work with students needing speech and language support to improve communication skills essential for academic and social development. The goal is to help students build clarity, confidence, and independence in their communication abilities through engaging therapy sessions and individualized strategies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license required prior to the start of the assignment.
- Strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted speech therapy services to an elementary caseload.
- Support each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP).
- Create therapy plans aligned with student goals.
- Monitor progress through ongoing data collection.
- Maintain clear documentation of student outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure communication strategies carry over across learning environments.
