Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state licensure.
Experience working with diverse populations and various communication disorders.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
Proficiency in using technology for assessments and teletherapy sessions.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' speech and language abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to enhance communication skills.
Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure integrated care.
Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding speech and language development.
Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
